So I'm still here!! I've been working out, and eating pretty well.
I have hit a wall though. I can't seem to get past 219.0? I think this happens to me every time I start to live well!
Not necessarily at 219.0 lbs, but just hitting a wall, a turning point you might say.
This time I'm not going to stop!
I'm going to get over this hump, and any other hump that comes my way!!
I can do this!
I want to do this!
I need to do this!
I BELIEVE I can do this!
My goal for this week is 217.2 lbs
I will use myfitnesspal, and reach my water goals (at least 8 glasses a day), and extend my workouts to at least 45 min. to an hour.
No one is reading this blog! Just me! But it's a place I can vent and review old goals, and make new ones.
I hope to lose 10 lbs in the next 4 weeks.
"Rome wasn't built in a day! and neither was my body"
It's hard to remember this when you want to see instant changes.
I will remember that "slow and steady wins the race".

Week Four
So I'm at the beginning of my fourth week. of my 90 day segment.
I can't believe I've made it this far.
I've had some down times, but I'm really excited for this week.
I've set some new goals and started a myfitnesspal account so I can track my food. this will help me reach my goals even further.
I can do this.

The Contract with Myself
I Angie, commit to stating my Body-for-Life on Dec 31st. Completing this 12-week Weight Removal Segment on April 1st. I believe that I can accept and complete my Challenge to the best of my ability.
I realize this is work and accept the self-care price I must pay to achieve my mental and physical transformation.
I commit to keeping my daily blog journal.
I will practice the 10 Power Mind Principles to help me stay the course.
I will expect and adapt to adversity and embrace tough times as learning opportunities.
I will strive to take action and not to ruminate, moan, or whine.
I commit to pursuing progress, not perfection, in my eating and training.
I will find joy to neutralize my stress, take my Mini Chills, and strive to become a master regrouper.
I will be self-assertive and fight for the right to take care of myself.
I will acknowledge and reward myself for my achievements along the way.
By completing the Challenge, I signify honor and respect for myself, and affirm that I deserve health, happiness, and joy.
