Okay so gaining this much weight while being pregnant has me really worried. I don't feel like I have increased what I eat but it just seems to continually get more and more. I really haven't had time to walk a lot or do my excercises that I wanted to. I am always tired and have no one to push me to do them. I feel really down about myself and worry about post baby and how I'll do during the delivery.
Sorry I am just kind of down right now :(

Julie don't worry about the weight! It is very normal to be gaining more weight now that your baby will be :) You are a very active person, and nursing helps too. Just enjoy your body and the pregnancy, you've waited so long for this and deserve every bit of happiness.
I'm so excited for you and your little one, I can't wait to hold her.
love ya sis, and just take it easy.
Take a nice walk with your hubby.
I agree! It can be really frustrating to be gaining more weight then you wanted to but you need to remember that everybody is different. I gained 45-50lbs with my kids while some people I know only gained 10-16 lbs. Just try to remember that this won't be forever and as crazy as it sounds you will miss feeling that baby inside you someday and (gasp) will miss being pregnant! The best advice I could give you is drink tons of water and keep those toes elevated as often as possible. Also, a lot of that weight gain is probably water retention so you can't control a lot of that. As far as being able to be strong for the labor don't worry about that, you are strong and your body will know what to do. If you want we could start walking together? I love you and think you are so beautiful and you are going to be an amazing mother.
Your sisters have given you spot on advice. :>) They are both right, and it's natural to feel worried about the weight gain, but it is also natural thing and besides, you are healthy. Enjoy this time with your baby, even now you are bonding. What a miracle, and what a wonderful calling! What a wonderful time! Before you know it, you will be talking to your daughters about their babies. :>) Sometimes our lives may seem to be burdened down by so many different stressors, days and weeks seem to be very long and then one morning you will wake up and realize it was really a blink of time. My advice is to enjoy every moment. (yes, even the poopy diapers, well maybe that's stretching it a bit, but having poopy diapers means having a little one still in your arms) There's just nothing better. (Well, it's pretty special to see your beautiful daughters becoming mothers!!) Love you all! Mom
